Lachie’s Legacy was created after the sudden loss of Lachie Poulter, who at the young age of 25, life was cut short but lived to the fullest of capacities!
Lachie had just come off the field from playing for his beloved Dunnstown Football Club when he collapsed and lost his life.
His death had ripple effects through the local and wider football communities. Players who are opponents on the field, rival spectators and everyone in between banded together to honour Lachie’s memory.

Lachie’s Legacy encases all the best bits of our mate Lachie. The mateship he shared with so many in communities near and far. The compassion he showed for all, even strangers. The respect he had for others, without an inch of comprehension of the respect others had for him and mostly the love for living he had; the foundation to a short, but full life.;
